Flexible Software

Our aim at Hoolet is to produce software that meets the needs of its users as closely as possible. To this end all our packages are customisable. This can be done at a number of levels: Look and Feel - Packages can be badged and packaged to reflect your organisation or setting and Content - The material in the package can be altered or replaced to suit your client needs.

Resources and Cost

We can add resources to the package, usually web-based, that you have identified as appropriate to your clients.

Hoolet aim to keep costs manageable and will always, as part of the consultation process, be open about the costs of any package and its customisation.

Minimum customisation will obviously keep costs down. An illustrative costs sheet for the DATS package is included here.

Staff Development and Support

We believe that staff need time and support when considering how best to use software with clients. Most companies miss out this vital step in ensuring effective software use. All our packages include up to three hours staff development time (for up to 10 staff).

Support

We provide back-up support for the duration of all our contracts via phone and email. Additional direct input (with staff or clients) can be bought in at very competitive rates.
